New Double Track Follobanen Oslo-Ski

Together with two design design partners, ILF Austria and Hochtief Engineering, GRE Rail Engineering has won the contract to deliver the full Tender Design for Norway’s largest railway project. The immediate client is a Construction Joint Venture consisting of Implenia Norge, Dragados from Spain and german contractor giant HOCHTIEF.

Key element of the project will be a 20 km twin tube railway tunnel. The project is tendered as an EPC contract and will be realized through a Design&Construct mechanism. GRE Rail´s scope as part of the design team is the whole range of Rail Systems and M&E design.
