Hossam Korraa brings more than 36 years of experience in engineering, project management and asset management to the committee. He joined Dorsch in Abu Dhabi in 1996, has served as General Manager of Dorsch Qatar since 2013 and became Chief Operating Officer of Dorsch MEAA in 2024.
Over the course of his career, Korraa has contributed to major infrastructure and development projects across Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. His experience spans roads, drainage, buildings, and residential and commercial developments, as well as complex multidisciplinary projects. In his current roles, he is responsible for operational performance across Dorsch MEAA and supports closer collaboration between Dorsch companies in the region.

The Dorsch Global Executive Committee integrates regional perspectives and is responsible for delivering the company’s operational and strategic objectives across all regions. Alongside Hossam Korraa, it comprises the regional CEOs and the CFO.
In his new role, Korraa will contribute his experience in operational management, regional markets and complex project delivery. A particular focus will be on strengthening cooperation between Dorsch companies, making greater use of their collective expertise and supporting Dorsch Global in addressing complex challenges across markets and regions.
