On 1 April 2026, German Rail Engineering GmbH Dresden (GRE) celebrated its 35th anniversary. Three and a half decades in the railway sector don't come about by chance — they are the result of dedication, expertise and the spirit of a team that genuinely believes in what it does.
The celebrations took place at the Carolaschlösschen in Dresden, a fitting venue for a special occasion. The team took the evening as an opportunity to reflect on what has been achieved together and to look forward to what lies ahead.
A particularly memorable moment was the recognition of a colleague who has been with GRE for 34 years. That kind of commitment is rare, and it speaks volumes about how deeply the people at GRE feel connected to their work and to the company.
